The JCI Twinning Program is a voluntary and reciprocal agreement between either National Organizations or Local Organizations in different countries, regions, or cities. The program joins JCI organizations to raise cultural understanding and achieve economic and societal growth around the world through the area of opportunity for international collaboration.
