The Junior Chamber International Awards Program is one of the most prominent programs within the International Cooperation Area. It offers members of the Organization an opportunity to showcase and celebrate their achievements throughout the year. Each Local and National Organization is expected to annually nominate several projects (and sometimes programs) across various award categories. This Program serves as a platform to highlight different projects from across the same country (at the National Convention) and from around the world (at the World Congress). In doing so, it demonstrates that the Organization's goal of creating sustainable impact is achievable by Local and National Organizations globally through a wide range of projects, ideas, and initiatives that align with the vision of JCI.
Examples of some Award categories include:
Best RISE Project,Most Outstanding Local Organization,Most Outstanding National President,Best International Cooperation Project,Most Outstanding New Member,Best Inter-Organizational Project.
This program also aims to create partnerships (or global networking opportunities) among National Organizations.
One of the key principles of the Awards Program is that the win of any Local Organization is a win for all Local Organizations, and the win of any National Organization is a win for all National Organizations. The program belongs to one Global Organization striving toward a single goal through a unified vision. Therefore, it is not a space for competition, but for cooperation and sustainability.

What Our members Say
"All the questions were clear, and all the required information needed to answer them was available. Communication with Director Zainab was easy, which allowed for finding the appropriate answers in the best possible way. The Director reviewed all the details and information related to the nomination, ensuring that no mistakes were made. Thanks to her efforts and great attention to detail, as well as her thorough review of all the information and answers and her emphasis on a proper nomination process, the project won the award it was nominated for at the National Convention."

"The experience of nominating the “SparkUp” project for the JCI Awards was a period full of challenges and opportunities.
During this stage, we worked diligently on preparing all the required documents, focusing on clearly presenting the project's objectives and its positive impact on the community.
We gathered the data and statistics that support the project's success. It was not just a nomination process, but a rich learning experience that enhanced our understanding of the foundations of entrepreneurship and the importance of innovation.
In the end, the nomination period was an inspiring experience, as it gave us the opportunity to connect with thought leaders in the field of entrepreneurship and expand our network."

"My experience with the Awards Program was very rich and truly meaningful.
Through the nomination process, I learned more about JCI's values, what the organization looks for in each project, and how it emphasizes our role as leaders and our ability to create impact and inspire new leaders.
My nomination of my project, Pharma Bridge, for Best Community Impact Project helped me review the entire project experience, confirm the extent of its impact, and understand how it aligned with JCI's objectives.
It also brought back memories of leading the team and the work we accomplished together.
Similarly, my nomination for the Best Old Member Award made me reflect on my journey within the organization; how I evolved from my first day as a member up until the moment of the nomination.
Even though I didn't win, reaching the Top Three was an achievement in itself, especially when I saw my name among the finalists during the Awards ceremony.
For me, the Awards Program was an opportunity for evaluation and learning, and a motivation to continue my involvement in the organization."

"It was a very rich and enjoyable experience. Despite how difficult it was at the beginning, the follow-up and support of the Awards Director and her help in organizing the work made everything easier and smoother. Because of that, we were able to present the true results of the projects not only at the Local level, but also at the National and Global levels—and it was one of the most wonderful things we experienced."
