JCI Tartus is open to any young person aged 18 to 40 who is passionate about leadership, community impact, and personal development. Yes. An annual membership fee covers your JCI membership at the local, national, and international levels. It grants access to all programs, events, training sessions, and global JCI opportunities. JCI membership is for those aged 18–40. Once you reach 40 you graduate from JCI and may join the JCI Senate or JCI Alumni, where you continue supporting the organization as an advisor and mentor to the next generation of leaders. عضوية الغرفة الفتية الدولية مخصصة للفئة العمرية 18–40. عند بلوغك سن الأربعين، تتخرج من الغرفة الفتية الدولية ويمكنك الانضمام إلى مجلس شيوخ الغرفة الفتية الدولية أو خريجي الغرفة الفتية الدولية، حيث تواصل دعم المنظمة مستشاراً وموجّهاً للجيل القادم من القادة.
JCI Tartus currently has over 75 active members aged 18–40. Programsالبرامج
We run seven programs: Debate & Public Speaking, JCI Potentials (for youth aged 12–17), TOYP (Ten Outstanding Young Persons), Awards, Twinning (international partnerships), CYE (Creative Young Entrepreneur), and Masterclasses (Global Leadership courses). JCI Potentials is a youth development program for people aged 12 to 17. Established in 2020, it won the Best Project Award in the Development category at the global JCI level — the only JCI Syria project to receive this recognition. It accepts participants through application and interview, currently serving over 80 youth. اليافعين برنامج تنمية شبابية يستهدف الفئة العمرية من 12 إلى 17 عاماً. تأسّس عام 2020، وفاز بـجائزة أفضل مشروع في فئة التطوير على المستوى العالمي لـ الغرفة الفتية الدولية — وهو المشروع السوري الوحيد الذي نال هذه الجائزة. يقبل المشاركين بعد تقديم طلب ومقابلة، ويخدم حالياً أكثر من 80 شاباً.
The Creative Young Entrepreneur (CYE) program is an international business competition where participants pitch innovative ideas to a panel of experts. Winners receive financial prizes and access to global accelerator programs. The program also provides mentorship, investor networking, and worldwide visibility for your project. برنامج رائد الأعمال الشاب المبدع (CYE) مسابقة تجارية دولية يقدّم فيها المشاركون أفكاراً مبتكرة أمام لجنة من الخبراء. يحصل الفائزون على جوائز مالية وفرصة الوصول إلى برامج التسريع العالمية، فضلاً عن الإرشاد وبناء شبكة علاقات مع المستثمرين والانتشار العالمي لمشاريعهم.
All JCI activities are organized around four areas of opportunity:

Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a global, non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1915 by Henry Giessenbier. It is the third-largest non-profit in the world, with approximately 200,000 active members aged 18–40 spread across 5,000 local chambers in more than 120 countries. غرفة الشباب الدولية (JCI) منظمة عالمية غير حكومية وغير ربحية تأسست عام 1915 على يد هنري غيسنبيير. وهي ثالث أكبر منظمة غير ربحية في العالم، بحوالي 200,000 عضو نشط من 18 إلى 40 عاماً موزعين على 5,000 غرفة محلية في أكثر من 120 دولة.
JCI Tartus was established in 2016. Over nine years we have implemented more than 75 projects in partnership with the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Information, Tartus Chamber of Commerce, Syrian Virtual University, and many private and civil society organizations. تأسّس الغرفة الفتية الدولية طرطوس عام 2016. على مدى تسع سنوات، نفّذنا أكثر من 75 مشروعاً بالشراكة مع وزارة الثقافة ووزارة الإعلام وغرفة تجارة طرطوس والجامعة الافتراضية السورية وكثير من المنظمات الخاصة والمدنية.
JCI Syria is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 2004, affiliated with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). It includes ten local chambers across Damascus, Jaramana, Old Damascus, Aleppo, Latakia, Tartus, Sweida, Homs, Banias, and Deir Ez-Zor — with more than 1,000 active members. الغرفة الفتية الدولية سوريا منظمة غير حكومية وغير ربحية تأسّست عام 2004، وهي منتسبة إلى غرفة التجارة الدولية (ICC). تضم عشر غرف محلية في دمشق وجرمانا ودمشق القديمة وحلب واللاذقية وطرطوس والسويداء وحمص وبانياس ودير الزور، وتضم أكثر من 1,000 عضو نشط.

JCI follows a "one year to lead" philosophy — elected leaders are expected to maximize their term by taking decisive action and inspiring others throughout.

Eventsالفعّاليات
We organize conferences, community initiatives, meetings, competitions, training workshops, and our Annual Gala Dinner. Events span all four development areas and often involve partners from across Syria and internationally. ننظّم مؤتمرات ومبادرات مجتمعية واجتماعات ومسابقات وورش تدريبية وحفل العشاء السنوي. تشمل الفعّاليات المجالات الأربعة للتطوير وكثيراً ما تشمل شركاء من مختلف أنحاء سوريا والعالم.
Many of our events — including community initiatives, public speaking competitions, and some conferences — are open to the public. Internal training sessions may be member-only. The Annual Gala Dinner is JCI Tartus's most prestigious yearly event. It celebrates member achievements, recognizes outstanding contributions, and officially closes the chapter year. It brings together members, partners, and supporters in a formal setting — typically marking the transition to a new Board of Directors. حفل العشاء السنوي هو أرفع فعّاليات الغرفة الفتية الدولية طرطوس السنوية. يحتفي بإنجازات الأعضاء ويكرّم المساهمات المتميزة، ويُعلن رسمياً اختتام عام الفرع. يجمع الأعضاء والشركاء والداعمين في إطار رسمي — ويُشكّل عادةً علامة على انتقال السلطة إلى مجلس إدارة جديد.
