It offers members an opportunity to showcase and celebrate their achievements throughout the year. Each Local and National Organization is expected to annually nominate several projects across various award categories.
This Program serves as a platform to highlight different projects from across the same country (at the National Convention) and from around the world (at the World Congress). Examples of award categories include: Best RISE Project, Most Outstanding Local Organization, Most Outstanding National President, Best International Cooperation Project, Most Outstanding New Member, Best Inter-Organizational Project.
One of the key principles of the Awards Program is that the win of any Local Organization is a win for all Local Organizations. The program belongs to one Global Organization striving toward a single goal through a unified vision — it is not a space for competition, but for cooperation and sustainability.
يُعدّ برنامج جوائز الغرفة الفتية الدولية من أبرز البرامج ضمن مجال التعاون الدولي. يمنح الأعضاء فرصة لعرض إنجازاتهم والاحتفاء بها على مدار العام، إذ يُتوقع من كل منظمة محلية ووطنية ترشيح عدد من المشاريع ضمن فئات الجوائز المختلفة.
يُشكّل هذا البرنامج منصة لإبراز المشاريع المختلفة على مستوى البلد الواحد (في المؤتمر الوطني) ومن مختلف أنحاء العالم (في المؤتمر العالمي). ومن فئات الجوائز: أفضل مشروع RISE، أبرز منظمة محلية، أبرز رئيس وطني، أفضل مشروع تعاون دولي، أبرز عضو جديد، أفضل مشروع مشترك.
من المبادئ الجوهرية للبرنامج أن فوز أي منظمة محلية هو فوز لجميع المنظمات المحلية. البرنامج ينتمي إلى منظمة عالمية واحدة تسعى نحو هدف واحد برؤية موحدة — إنه ليس فضاءً للمنافسة، بل للتعاون والاستدامة.

All the questions were clear, and all the required information needed to answer them was available. Communication with Director Zainab was easy, which allowed for finding the appropriate answers in the best possible way. Thanks to her efforts and great attention to detail, the project won the award it was nominated for at the National Convention.
The experience of nominating the "SparkUp" project for the JCI Awards was a period full of challenges and opportunities. It was not just a nomination process, but a rich learning experience that enhanced our understanding of the foundations of entrepreneurship and the importance of innovation.
My experience with the Awards Program was very rich and truly meaningful. Through the nomination process, I learned more about JCI's values and how it emphasizes our role as leaders and our ability to create impact. Even though I didn't win, reaching the Top Three was an achievement in itself.
