JCI Tartus was established in 2016 and currently includes over 75 young members aged between 18 and 40. Over the past eight years, more than 75 projects have been implemented across the four main development areas in partnership with many governmental and private entities on both local and national levels.
Some of these partners include: Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Information, Tartus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor, Syrian Virtual University, Banks and Companies, Civil Society Associations, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
تأسست الغرفة الفتية الدولية طرطوس عام 2016 وتضم حالياً أكثر من 75 عضواً شاباً تتراوح أعمارهم بين 18 و40 عاماً. خلال السنوات الثماني الماضية، نُفِّذ أكثر من 75 مشروعاً ضمن المجالات الأربعة الرئيسية للتطوير، بالشراكة مع جهات حكومية وخاصة على المستويين المحلي والوطني.
ومن أبرز هذه الشركاء: وزارة الثقافة، وزارة الإعلام، غرفة تجارة وصناعة طرطوس، مديرية الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، الجامعة الافتراضية السورية، المصارف والشركات، الجمعيات الأهلية، والمنظمات غير الحكومية.
JCI Syria is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 2004 by a decision from the Ministry of Economy and Trade. It is affiliated with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
JCI Syria includes ten local chambers in the following cities: Damascus, Jaramana, Old Damascus, Aleppo, Latakia, Tartus, Sweida, Homs, Banias, and Deir Ez-Zor. It has more than 1,000 members composed of active youth and citizens from universities, trainers, academic experts, and entrepreneurs.
الغرفة الفتية الدولية سوريا منظمة غير حكومية وغير ربحية، تأسست عام 2004 بقرار من وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة، وهي تابعة لغرفة التجارة الدولية (ICC).
تضم الغرفة الفتية الدولية سوريا عشر غرف محلية في المدن التالية: دمشق، جرمانا، دمشق القديمة، حلب، اللاذقية، طرطوس، السويداء، حمص، بانياس، ودير الزور. ويبلغ عدد أعضائها أكثر من 1000 عضو من الشباب الفاعل والمواطنين من الجامعات والمدربين والخبراء الأكاديميين ورواد الأعمال.
Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a global, non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1915 by Henry Giessenbier. It is the third-largest non-profit organization in the world.
JCI includes about 200,000 active young members aged between 18 and 40, distributed across 5,000 local chambers in more than 120 countries (including Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Tunisia, Canada, UK, USA, France...).
غرفة الشباب الدولية (JCI) منظمة عالمية غير حكومية وغير ربحية، أسسها هنري غيسنبير عام 1915، وهي ثالث أكبر منظمة غير ربحية في العالم.
تضم الغرفة الفتية الدولية نحو 200,000 عضو شاب فاعل تتراوح أعمارهم بين 18 و40 عاماً، موزعين على 5,000 غرفة محلية في أكثر من 120 دولة (منها سوريا، لبنان، الأردن، تونس، كندا، المملكة المتحدة، الولايات المتحدة، فرنسا...).

JCI Tartus members acquire effective leadership skills needed to address the local, national and global problems of the 21st century. بوصفها منظمة تتبع فلسفة "عام واحد للقيادة"، يستثمر أصحاب المناصب القيادية وقتهم بالكامل ويقودون بأكثر الأساليب فاعلية. يكتسب أعضاء الغرفة الفتية الدولية طرطوس مهارات القيادة اللازمة لمعالجة مشكلات القرن الحادي والعشرين على المستويات المحلية والوطنية والعالمية.
Project Managementإدارة المشاريع
In order to achieve JCI's mission to create positive change around the world, JCI Tartus members run projects following the JCI Active Citizen Framework creating sustainable impact in their community. Members develop their skills to create a project statement with clear objectives and identify and target meaningful partnerships. لتحقيق رسالة الغرفة الفتية الدولية في إحداث تغيير إيجابي حول العالم، ينفّذ أعضاء الغرفة الفتية الدولية طرطوس مشاريع وفق إطار المواطن الفاعل الخاص بـ الغرفة الفتية الدولية، مما يُحدث أثرًا مستدامًا في مجتمعهم. يطوّر الأعضاء مهاراتهم في وضع بيانات المشروع بأهداف واضحة وتحديد الشراكات الهادفة.
Networkingالتواصل
JCI Tartus helps members turn their personal contacts into lasting, trusted and productive connections and relationships. Members learn the principles and dynamics of networking, how to identify and use opportunities when contacting people, and the follow-up actions needed after meeting someone to keep adding value to the connection. تساعد الغرفة الفتية الدولية طرطوس الأعضاء على تحويل معارفهم الشخصية إلى علاقات دائمة وموثوقة ومثمرة. يتعلم الأعضاء مبادئ التواصل وكيفية استثمار الفرص عند التواصل مع الآخرين، والإجراءات اللازمة بعد اللقاءات للحفاظ على قيمة العلاقة.
Social Responsibilityالمسؤولية الاجتماعية
JCI Tartus aims to create awareness in Active Citizens that individuals have responsibility to their community and the environment. It promotes the principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the practice of business, encourages individuals to act responsibly in business and society, and encourages the implementation of best Corporate Social Responsibility practices. تسعى الغرفة الفتية الدولية طرطوس إلى تعزيز وعي المواطنين الفاعلين بمسؤوليتهم تجاه مجتمعهم والبيئة. وتروّج لمبادئ الميثاق العالمي للأمم المتحدة في ممارسات الأعمال، وتحثّ الأفراد على التصرف بمسؤولية في مجالَي الأعمال والمجتمع، وتشجع على تطبيق أفضل ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات.

Every JCI activity falls under one of four interconnected development areas designed to create well-rounded global citizens. تندرج كل أنشطة الغرفة الفتية الدولية ضمن أحد النطاقات الأربعة المترابطة للتطوير، المصمَّمة لتنشئة مواطنين عالميين متكاملين.
INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT AREAنطاق تطوير الأفراد
To provide the opportunity for the individual member to realize personal potential through training programs and especially Global Leadership Masterclasses. This area works on the individuals to become global communicators. توفير الفرصة للعضو للوصول إلى إمكاناته الشخصية من خلال برامج التدريب ولا سيما الماستركلاس العالمي للقيادة. يعمل هذا النطاق على تنمية الأفراد ليصبحوا متواصلين عالميين.
COMMUNITY IMPACT AREAنطاق التأثير المجتمعي
To develop the sensitivity of the individual member to societal problems and knowledge of community dynamics in solving these problems through actual experience using JCI RISE. This area works on individuals to become global changemakers. تنمية حساسية العضو تجاه المشكلات المجتمعية واكتساب المعرفة بديناميكيات المجتمع في حلّها من خلال التجربة الفعلية باستخدام JCI RISE. يعمل هذا النطاق على تنمية الأفراد ليصبحوا صُنّاع تغيير عالميين.
INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AREAنطاق التعاون الدولي
To provide the opportunity for the individual member to contribute to the development of goodwill, understanding, and cooperation among all peoples. This area focuses on TOYP Program "Ten Outstanding Young People" and works on the individuals to become global networkers. توفير الفرصة للعضو للمساهمة في تطوير حسن النية والتفاهم والتعاون بين جميع الشعوب. يركز هذا النطاق على برنامج TOYP "عشرة شباب بارزون" ويعمل على تنمية الأفراد ليصبحوا متشبكين عالميين.
BUSINESS & ENTREPRENEURSHIP AREAنطاق الأعمال والريادة
To provide the opportunity for members to contribute to the development of the economic infrastructure, prosperity and well-being of all nations. This area focuses on CYE Program "Creative Young Entrepreneur" and works on the individuals to become global Entrepreneurs. توفير الفرصة للأعضاء للمساهمة في تطوير البنية الاقتصادية والرخاء والرفاهية لجميع الأمم. يركز هذا النطاق على برنامج CYE "رائد الأعمال الشاب المبدع" ويعمل على تنمية الأفراد ليصبحوا رواد أعمال عالميين.
